We have been running foraging and wild food training courses for over 15 years, both for the public and as private events.
Based mostly around our home in rural North East Wales, these courses are designed to take you beyond the basics and provide you with the skills necessary for safely, ethically and sustainably finding wild food.
They are led by qualified mountain leaders, experienced ecologists and professional foragers who work alongside brands that make use of wild plants and ingredients in their products.
We have a year-round calendar of foraging, wild food and identification courses, as well as other wild food and ethnobotany events.
