In addition to our range of public wild food training courses we also offer bespoke events and services for clients of all types.
We run private courses and events at venues in the hills, fields and woodlands of North East Wales and at a partner venue in Warwickshire – Packington Estate.
We can offer:

Foraging Stag and Hen Parties
These can be anything from a half-day session to a multi-day camp out in private woodland.
There is normally some combination of a foraging walk, time spent exploring the wilder areas of a woodland (or coastline) and finish with a cooking session.
This type of event can be easily modified to include more or less ‘content’ and to suit the timings of the group.
Available in North East Wales (Ruthin area) and on the coast near Porthmadog or on Anglesey.
Wild Cocktail Parties
These are normally in conjunction with a venue, such as a vineyard or organic farm.
They involve a foraging session and then mixing of cocktails infused with some of the species gathered. We also supply syrups and other mixers made from wild ingredients.
Run in accordance with all laws on licencing of alcohol and events.
Hunt and Cook
As it sounds – some element of a ‘hunting’ activity followed by cooking a meal with wild game.
No animals are killed during the course, but fresh seasonal game will be supplied for butchery by the clients on the day of the event.
Meals are cooked over open fires, and overnight sessions are easily arranged with our access to private land in North East Wales.
Corporate Events and Employee Wellness
Wild Food People are able to offer wild food and foraging corporate events, bespoke from the ground up.
Our partnerships with landowners in North East Wales and Warwickshire means we are able to offer completely unique events suitable for businesses and organisations of all sizes.
