The majority of our foraging and wild food courses take place in the valley we call home – Dyffryn Clwyd in North East Wales.
A mosaic of habitats here means we can find a wide variety of species, and we structure our course calendar to make the best of this variety.
Here we work with neighbouring landowners to ensure that we have permission and access to run our courses.
Wherever possible we try to work directly by assisting them in ecological land management tasks like hedge-laying or forest management during the winter.
We also run coastal foraging and fishing courses on the beaches and shoreline of Ynys Mon and Parc Eryri (Anglesey and Snowdonia National Park).

We are very excited to announce that from 2024 onwards we are partnering with Packington Estate situated in the centre of England near Coventry.
In 2023 over 700 acres of the estate was turned over to a rewilding project, to complement their existing nature-friendly farming management.
Working with the team at Packington Estate we will be able to offer a rewilding project as well as working with groups and organisations for private events.
In 2024 we are offering a limited range of courses, with the hope of a full course calendar in 2025.
You can see the 2024 Packington Estate events here, and you should see our course dates in that calendar.

We deliver expert foraging and wild food training as part of our wider work managing habitats in North Wales.
Every single one of our courses and events feeds back into improving those habitats, helping to provide healthy ecosystems for our local wildlife and communities.
