Coastal and Seashore Courses

We have been delivering coastal foraging courses for over 15 years, coaching everyone from complete beginners to chefs and outdoor instructors.

Our courses take place on carefully selected stretches of the North Wales coast, our aim is to equip you with the skills necessary to safely, ethically and sustainably find wild food on the British coastline.

They are led by qualified mountain leaders, experienced ecologists and professional foragers who work alongside brands that make use of wild plants and ingredients in their products.

We have a year-round calendar of foraging, wild food and identification courses, as well as other wild food and ethnobotany events.
